The role involves coordinating with architects, specialist planners, and authorities; ensuring quality, timelines, and costs; and contributing to tendering and award processes. Candidates need a civil engineering degree or comparable qualification, knowledge of HOAI, VOB/VOL, construction law, and contracting/awarding regulations, professional construction project experience, and excellent German and English skills.
