HDR is seeking a Building Engineering Services Leader to serve as the geographic lead in Oregon for their Building Engineering Services (BES) business group. The leader will oversee a multi-disciplinary design team, providing leadership and operational responsibility for a production team, including staff development, quality control, and marketing support. They will also focus on improving technical competencies, assisting with daily operations like project oversight, and potentially functioning as a Senior/Lead Engineer or Project Manager.
