The role covers planning and coordinating construction and renovation projects, maintaining project documentation, managing procurement, supporting tenders and bid reviews, preparing bills of quantities and quantity surveys, supporting invoicing and accounting, monitoring quality standards, and providing technical support to installation teams. Candidates should have relevant education, preferably in structural or high-rise construction, strong communication and IT skills, and a class B driver’s license. The position offers a gross salary of €2,750 per month, additional pay depending on qualifications, a company car, and access to an expert network.
