Description
HR Green is hiring a Building Inspector to serve municipal clients and enforce local, state, and federal building, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, energy, and zoning codes. The role includes plan review, field inspections of commercial and residential buildings, coordination with contractors and other building professionals, technical advice, training, and client relationship management. Candidates need at least two years of modern construction and building-code experience, ICC Residential and Commercial Building Inspection Certification, and a valid California driver's license; ICC Plans Examiner certification is preferred. Compensation is $26.00–$42.00 per hour.
