Willdan, through Public Agency Resources, is hiring a part-time ICC-Certified Building Inspector near Marshall, Texas. The role conducts pre-, during-, and post-construction inspections, issues permits and violation notices, communicates findings to homeowners and contractors, mentors inspection staff, provides technical guidance, and monitors evolving building and safety standards. Applicants need ICC Commercial and Residential certifications, at least three years of municipal inspection experience, and a Texas Plumbing Inspector's license is preferred; the position also requires the ability to lift up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 25 pounds occasionally.
