Description
Public Agency Resources, a subsidiary of Willdan Group Inc., is hiring a part-time Commercial Building Inspector in the Albuquerque, New Mexico area. The role inspects commercial, residential, and industrial properties before, during, and after construction; issues violations, stop-work orders, and permits; documents and explains code findings; coordinates with field inspectors; conducts damage assessments; trains and mentors inspectors; and interprets building, electrical, elevator, mechanical, and plumbing standards. Applicants must hold International Code Council Commercial and Residential certifications, have at least three years of experience working with jurisdictions as a building inspector, and have municipal experience.
