Description
Public Agency Resources is hiring a full-time Commercial/Residential Inspector in the Eustis, Florida area. The role conducts pre-, during-, and post-construction inspections; issues permits, violation notices, and stop-work orders; documents and communicates code findings; coordinates with field inspectors; and provides training, mentoring, and supervision. The position requires a current Florida Building Code Inspector License with Building Inspector (BN) certification, knowledge of Florida building codes and statutes, a valid Florida driver's license, strong communication skills, and proficiency with inspection software and permitting systems.
