Description

4LEAF, Inc. is seeking a Building Inspector II to conduct technical building inspections in Alameda County or Santa Clara County, California. The role involves ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and ordinances, identifying and solving complex problems, and advising stakeholders on code requirements. The inspector will analyze building plans, write correction notices, and enforce codes impartially.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Five years of industry experience
Preferred Qualifications: DSA, OSHPD and CASp certifications are highly desired.
Computer knowledge and skills are desirable.
