Description
The Building Maintenance Assistant provides weekend and specific weekday support for the Copia facilities team, completing work orders and performing simple plumbing, carpentry, mechanical, electrical, painting, and repair work across Copia buildings, including mechanical spaces and roof areas. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of building maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel between the St. Helena and Napa work locations, work flexible and overtime schedules, and lift up to 50 pounds.
