Responsible for completing tasks under minimal supervision, identifying and reporting conditions affecting building services, tenant, and employee safety and comfort. Accompanies the Project Manager during site tours to assess issues like site maintenance, janitorial, physical plant, and preventative maintenance. Adheres to People Inc.'s maintenance guidelines, ensuring machinery and systems operate beyond their rated lifespan. Requires knowledge of relevant codes, laws, and regulations.
