Description
The Building Maintenance role troubleshoots, maintains, repairs, and installs building wiring and assists with building machinery, equipment, and general facilities maintenance. The position requires following instructions, using power tools and ladders, organizing daily work, manual dexterity, independent problem-solving, and professional customer interaction. Prior light-construction, HVAC, plumbing, and welding experience is desired or preferred, while a high school diploma or GED and formal trade training are preferred.
