Description
The Building Maintenance Engineer will operate, maintain, and perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, chillers, compressors, electrical, plumbing, water treatment, fire, and other building systems for a Class A office space in Austin, Texas. The role follows a Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m. schedule, pays $28-$35 per hour, and includes union benefits, paid vacation, paid holidays, and paid sick time. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, proof of being 18 or older, English proficiency, good physical health, and 3-5 years of building maintenance experience; HVAC, electrical, and life-safety experience are preferred.
