Description
AZ Blue is hiring a full-time, onsite Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee day-to-day building maintenance for approximately 350,000 square feet of office space. The role leads maintenance staff, coordinates vendors, performs complex electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, fire, and building-system work, manages preventive maintenance and work orders, oversees parts inventory, and supports energy management, safety compliance, and business continuity. The position requires Arizona residency, at least 7 years of commercial building maintenance or electrical installation experience, 3 years of facilities maintenance staff supervision experience, a high-school diploma or GED, an Arizona driver license, and EPA Universal certification; it also requires a rotating on-call schedule and may require overtime, weekends, holidays, and outside normal business hours.
