Münchner Wohnen is hiring a permanent full-time or part-time Building Maintenance Manager to handle complex building maintenance, plan and execute maintenance measures, coordinate specialists and contractors, manage budgets, process insurance claims and refurbishments, prepare maintenance documentation, support framework tenders and contract negotiations, and advise colleagues on technical property-administration matters. The role requires a civil engineering degree or comparable qualification, practical maintenance experience, knowledge of German construction regulations and standards, and SAP and Microsoft Office skills.
