Description
The Building Maintenance Supervisor directs and supervises building maintenance staff and sections, oversees work orders and preventive maintenance programs, schedules repairs and installations, manages tools and supplies, and evaluates employee performance. The role requires an associate's degree and six years of increasingly responsible building maintenance experience, including three years of supervisory or management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. It also requires EPA Universal Certification, a valid Texas driver's license, CJIS clearance, and a background investigation. The position is based at 700 Lavaca Street in Travis County and may require flexible Monday-Friday scheduling, including overnight shifts.
