Description
The role is a Building Maintenance Supervisor responsible for overseeing routine maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of the building and grounds while leading the maintenance team to ensure a safe, well-maintained, high-quality environment for residents. The position also involves coordinating with external contractors and vendors, requires 3–5 years of related maintenance/facilities/skilled trade experience, strong leadership, and a valid driver's license.
