Description
The County Facilities Management Department is hiring a Supervisory Maintenance Worker to supervise and coordinate skilled and semi-skilled maintenance workers while performing journeyman-level work in HVAC, electrical, painting, plumbing, carpentry, grounds maintenance, emergency response, inventory, budgeting, and repair. The role requires high school or vocational school graduation, three years of journeyman-level maintenance experience, a valid Florida driver license, background and drug-screening requirements, and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays when emergencies occur.
