Goodwill Manasota is hiring a Building Maintenance Technician 2 to provide customer service, inspect buildings and structures, document service work requests, and drive across Manatee, Sarasota, and Hardee counties to complete inspections and maintenance. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years of facility management experience, a valid Florida driver’s license, flexible or on-call availability, and the ability to perform physical work including lifting up to 40 pounds.
