Description
The Building Maintenance Tech is a part-time, non-exempt facility and vehicle maintenance role paying $16 per hour. The position conducts routine building and vehicle inspections, responds to work orders, performs minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and vehicle repairs, maintains storage and common areas, supports equipment setup and vendor coordination, and performs janitorial cleaning in the Administrative Building and Community Therapy Office. The role reports to the Facilities and Safety Supervisor, requires the employee to be at least 21 years old, and prefers at least five years of maintenance and custodial experience.
