TSMC Arizona is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to join their facilities team. This role involves ensuring the optimal functioning and appearance of non-operational facilities, including buildings, site hardscape, and landscaping. Responsibilities include performing routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on MEP systems like HVAC, lighting, and electrical circuits, conducting interior/exterior upkeep such as drywall repair and painting, assisting with site hardscape and landscaping, responding to maintenance requests, and adhering to safety protocols.
