Description
The Building Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining and conserving the facilities of urgent-care units, monitoring inspection routines, overseeing third-party corrective and preventive maintenance, receiving and forwarding maintenance reports, providing field support to building technicians, conducting biannual predictive-maintenance inspections, and following safety, data-protection, and administrative-compliance requirements. The role requires high school education, a technical course in Building Maintenance/Buildings, and at least six months of experience; it is permanent and full-time in Vila Independência, Zona Leste, São Paulo, with 40 hours per week and optional medical and dental assistance.
