Description
AKAM is hiring a temporary, full-time Maintenance Technician to maintain residential and community properties. The role covers HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lockset, and general building maintenance; responds to work orders; inspects and repairs common-area equipment; maintains logs and inventory; supports community events; and provides rotating emergency on-call support. Candidates need residential or handyman experience, knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, tool proficiency, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, basic computer proficiency, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license.
