Description
The role performs preventive maintenance and repair work in buildings and on a campus, including skilled trades, minor repairs, inspections, wear-part replacement, and cross-trade building-services tasks. It requires vocational training in a skilled trade or technical field, several years of relevant experience, a customer- and service-oriented approach, and a class B driver’s license. The position is initially time-limited but may become permanent, with structured training, TVöD-aligned compensation, employer benefits, and family-support services.
