Description
AKAM is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician to perform general building maintenance for residential and multifamily properties, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lockset, and common-area work. The role responds to work orders, inspects properties, maintains safety and HOA compliance, updates maintenance records, and provides rotating emergency on-call support. The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with Sunday and Monday off. Candidates need residential or handyman experience, knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 50+ pounds.
