C+C Apartment Management LLC is hiring a building maintenance and janitorial worker to support the upkeep of residential apartment properties in the New York Tri-state area. Responsibilities include garbage and recycling removal, interior and exterior cleaning, vacant-apartment preparation, minor repairs, grounds and common-area maintenance, equipment and tool upkeep, snow removal, and operation of floor-care and drain-cleaning equipment. The role requires physical labor in varied weather, resident interaction, basic janitorial and floor-care knowledge, and ideally 1–2 years of maintenance or construction experience.
