Description
The employer is seeking a building maintenance worker to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on buildings and infrastructure, including minor repairs to sanitary installations, doors, windows, floors, and walls; lighting, painting, and minor renovation work; defect identification; contractor coordination; and monitoring of building order, cleanliness, and safety. The role requires prior technical or maintenance experience, basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, carpentry, and/or general construction techniques, and the ability to work independently and safely.
