ISS is hiring a full-time Building Management Systems Operator in Melbourne to support a national telecommunications client’s multisite critical infrastructure operations. The role monitors network-critical sites, triages and escalates alarms, maintains shift logs and operational trend data, verifies after-hours contractor access, conducts shift handovers, and supports HSEQ and incident management. It requires strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, relevant experience, flexible communication and customer-service skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, Australian work rights, and the ability to work a 24-hour, seven-day rotating roster of three 12-hour shifts per week. Previous BMS or engineering operations experience is desirable.
