Building Manager at Project Renewal

Project Renewal is hiring a Building Manager for its Canopy House Women’s Shelter in New York City. The role supervises custodial and facilities staff, handles small repairs, oversees building equipment and emergency response, coordinates capital improvements and outside contractors, manages supplies and work orders, and responds to violations and inspections. The position requires an associate’s degree with five years of progressively responsible experience including two years supervising maintenance or custodial workers, or a high school diploma with six years of progressively responsible experience including three years of such supervision. The salary range is $61,000-$66,000.
