Stanford Engineering is hiring an onsite Building Manager to oversee the William F. Durand and Hugh H. Skilling buildings and support the Mechanical Engineering department’s portfolio of more than 10 buildings. The role manages property operations and maintenance, maintenance and renovation budgets, construction and renovation projects, facility security, safety compliance, space management, vendor coordination, and building systems support. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, five years of related technical facilities management experience or a combination of education and relevant experience, and a valid California non-commercial Class C driver’s license.
