Description
The Building Materials Analyst prepares and measures building-material samples, evaluates specifications and sample conditions, records data, searches databases, communicates with manufacturers and distributors, generates validation reports, and stores samples according to established procedures. The role is employed by itel Laboratories, Inc., a Nearmap company, and is onsite in Alliston, Ontario, Canada. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while two years of experience in flooring, siding, or roofing is preferred; some college coursework is also preferred.
