Description
EXP is hiring a Building Mechanical Designer in Trois-Rivières to design ventilation, heating, air conditioning, plumbing, and specialized building mechanical systems; prepare plans, drawings, specifications, and calculations; coordinate with other disciplines; conduct field surveys; follow up on construction-site issues; review contractor shop drawings; and ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards. The role requires a DEC in mechanical engineering, building mechanics, or a related discipline, at least seven years of relevant experience, Revit and AutoCAD proficiency, French communication skills, a valid driver’s license, and a valid ASP Construction card.
