CIMA+ is hiring a Building Mechanical Engineer to work on regional and provincial projects in Quebec City, Saguenay, the North Shore, or Bas-Saint-Laurent. The role involves designing and drafting plumbing, HVAC, ventilation, heating and cooling, and fire protection systems; preparing plans, specifications, cost estimates, technical reports, and fee budgets; resolving technical problems; participating in construction-site supervision; and attending client meetings. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in building mechanical engineering, at least five years of relevant experience, OIQ engineer membership, and excellent French; English, a driver’s license, an ASP Construction card, and knowledge of sustainable development or Revit are assets.
