Description
CIMA+ is hiring a Buildings Engineer to design and prepare plans and specifications for building mechanical systems, determine construction costs and quantities, conduct surveys and technical studies, resolve technical problems, prepare reports and budgets, support project invoicing, and act as project manager on small- and medium-scale projects. The role is based in the Montreal metropolitan region and may be performed from the Montreal, Laval, or Longueuil office in a hybrid work model. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent, at least five years of building mechanical engineering experience, membership in the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec, and practical experience in project management, studies, and preliminary design.
