CIMA+ is hiring a Building Mechanical Engineer for its Saint-Georges team to support projects in the commercial, industrial, institutional, and hospital sectors. The role involves designing ventilation, air conditioning, heating and cooling, plumbing, and fire protection systems; preparing plans and specifications; determining construction costs and quantities; conducting surveys and technical studies; resolving technical problems; preparing reports and budgets; participating in construction-site supervision; and attending client meetings. The position requires a bachelor's degree in building mechanical engineering, at least two years of relevant experience, and membership in the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec as an engineer.
