CIMA+ is hiring a Building Mechanical Engineer to work on regional and provincial projects in Quebec City, Saguenay, the North Shore, or Bas-Saint-Laurent. The role involves designing and drafting plumbing, HVAC, ventilation, heating and cooling, and fire protection systems; preparing plans, specifications, cost estimates, technical reports, and fee budgets; resolving technical problems; and participating in client meetings and partial construction-site supervision. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Building Mechanical Engineering, at least five years of relevant experience, OIQ engineer membership, French communication skills, and an ASP Construction card, with hybrid work and comprehensive benefits for permanent employees.
