CIMA+ is hiring a Building Mechanical Engineer to work on regional and provincial projects in Quebec City, Saguenay, the North Shore, or Bas-Saint-Laurent. The role involves designing and drafting plumbing, HVAC, ventilation, heating and cooling, and fire protection systems; preparing plans, specifications, cost estimates, technical reports, and fee budgets; resolving technical problems; and participating in client meetings and partial construction-site supervision. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Building Mechanical Engineering, at least five years of relevant experience, OIQ engineer membership, French communication skills, and an ASP Construction card, with a hybrid work model and comprehensive benefits.
