Description
TEHORA is seeking a Building Mechanical Technician to monitor and coordinate mechanical work on building infrastructure projects. The role involves preparing activities, reviewing technical requirements, supporting on-site planning, coordinating stakeholders, verifying contractor work against contract documents, tracking changes and progress, participating in inspections and testing, following up on deficiencies, and contributing to closeout and warranty activities. Candidates must hold a technician diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, have at least five years of experience coordinating multidisciplinary construction-site work, and meet specified project experience requirements. The position requires proficiency with MS Project and Microsoft Office, strong coordination and follow-up skills, autonomy, and effective stakeholder communication.
