Description
Newmark is hiring a building operations engineer to independently operate and maintain building mechanical and life-safety systems across potentially multiple properties. The role includes monitoring HVAC and utility systems, coordinating work orders and contractors, managing preventive maintenance, inventories, supplies, reports, tenant requests, budgets, and emergency response, including chemical treatment of cooling towers and boilers and fire alarm/elevator capture testing. A high school diploma, at least seven years of building operations engineering experience, computer and email proficiency, required licenses, and completion of applicable safety classes are required.
