Description
The Building Operations Supervisor oversees the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of building systems across the ADAC campus, with a focus on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. The role supervises maintenance technicians, manages preventive and corrective maintenance programs, maintains work-order and inventory records, diagnoses mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues, supports budgets and vendor approvals, and ensures compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. The position requires a high school diploma, EPA Universal CFC certification, 5 to 10 years of related building operations or facilities maintenance experience, and hands-on HVAC expertise.
