Description
The Building Operator performs preventive, predictive, routine, and on-demand maintenance on building and hospital equipment, including mechanical, electrical, electronic, and machine systems. The role responds to service requests, completes repairs, maintains records in a maintenance management system, supports preventive maintenance programs, participates in facility projects, and complies with environmental, health, safety, and fire-protection requirements. It is a regular full-time position requiring shift, on-call, and emergency-call-out availability, physical ability to perform maintenance tasks, and certification in BES Class 1 and Class 2.
