Colliers is hiring a Building Operator for a retail real estate portfolio in Toronto, Ontario. The role operates and maintains electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, life-safety, and building automation systems; performs preventive maintenance and repairs; responds to tenant and property-management requests; coordinates on-site vendors; and maintains safety, reporting, and tenant relationships. Applicants need 2–5 years of commercial building operations experience, relevant technical education, knowledge of building systems and safety procedures, computer proficiency, and a valid Ontario driver's license. The position is onsite, requires overtime and on-call availability, and offers a target salary range of $67,629 to $70,000.
