Colliers is seeking a Building Operator to manage and maintain commercial building systems, including HVAC, boilers, pumps, generators, compressors, electrical systems, ventilation, and building automation. The role involves preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, inspections, tenant and emergency response, contractor coordination, and compliance with safety and environmental standards. Candidates need 1–3 years of related commercial real estate experience, relevant power engineering or building services certification, strong communication and customer service skills, a valid driver's license, and availability for varied hours and a rotating on-call schedule. The position is onsite in Toronto, Vancouver, Edmonton, or Calgary, with an approximate salary range of $67,629 to $70,844, and does not offer work visa sponsorship.
