The role covers HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire and life-safety systems, generators, security systems, inspections, equipment readings, emergency response, contractor coordination, inventory, tenant support, and facilities administration. Candidates need 7–10 years of general maintenance experience and 7–10 years working with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire alarm systems, generators, and related equipment, plus blueprint-reading, communication, customer service, organization, independent-work, and emergency-response skills.
