GWL Realty Advisors is hiring a Building Operator to manage and maintain commercial and multi-residential buildings. The role covers HVAC, hydronic, electrical, fire alarm, emergency power, BAS, water treatment, preventive and demand maintenance, tenant work orders, inspections, safety compliance, and energy management. Candidates need 3–5 years of commercial property operations experience, knowledge of building systems, a 4th-class power engineering license or BES certification, a valid driver’s license, and hands-on troubleshooting and maintenance skills. The base salary is $50,200–$75,000 annually, with vacation, personal days, health benefits, a performance bonus, and education and mental health allowances.
