Description
Wesgroup is hiring a Building Operator in Vancouver, British Columbia, to operate, monitor, and maintain commercial building systems; conduct inspections and preventive maintenance; troubleshoot issues; manage work orders; coordinate contractors; support tenants; and respond to emergencies. The role requires at least three years of commercial or institutional building operations experience, knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and life-safety systems, CMMS and building automation experience, a Class 5 driver's license, and the ability to work independently across multiple locations. The expected annual base salary is $70,000 to $85,000, with an annual bonus program and health and dental benefits.
