Description
Black & McDonald is seeking a Building Operator to safely and efficiently operate a facility, support building systems, troubleshoot BAS programming, perform equipment start-ups and shutdowns, conduct maintenance and testing, and handle HVAC, water treatment, fire alarm, life safety, and other building-systems work. The role requires a 3rd or 4th Class Operating Engineer certificate, at least two years of facilities maintenance and operations experience, strong building-systems technical knowledge, and the ability to work in confined spaces and at heights. Bilingual English-French ability is an asset, and the position follows the 787 Union Agreement schedule.
