Description
The Building Operator performs preventive, predictive, routine, and on-demand maintenance and troubleshooting on building and hospital equipment, including mechanical, electrical, electronic, and building automation systems. The role involves facility inspections, service requests, documentation, preventative maintenance, safety compliance, tool and parts inventory, and support for facility projects. It is a regular full-time position requiring a high school education, up to two years of facility operations and maintenance experience, BES Class 1 and Class 2 certification, and the ability to work shifts, on-call or standby, and perform physically demanding maintenance tasks.
