Description
The Building Operator performs regular facility maintenance, inspections, routine and on-demand service requests, preventative maintenance, documentation, and support for facility projects. The role covers mechanical, electrical, electronic, and machine servicing; requires BES Class 1 and Class 2 certification, relevant experience, physical ability to perform maintenance tasks, and availability for shifts, weekends, holidays, and emergency call-outs. It is a regular full-time position with an hourly range of $30.48 to $38.10.
