DLR Group is hiring a Building Performance Analyst to support architects and engineers through the design process by identifying and evaluating energy conservation and sustainable building strategies. The role involves energy modeling, daylighting analysis, life-cycle cost and utility-incentive reporting, LEED documentation, building-system optimization, measurement and verification, and participation in integrated-design charrettes. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering, engineering, interior design, or an equivalent field, at least six years of energy modeling and building performance analysis experience, and proficiency with energy modeling, daylight analysis, and Revit software. The position follows a four-day in-office work model with Friday flexibility and offers a suggested pay range of $93,170 to $144,430 USD.
