The role involves energy modeling, daylighting analysis, life-cycle cost and utility-incentive reporting, LEED documentation, building-system optimization, measurement and verification, and advocacy for high-performance building goals. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least six years of energy modeling and building performance analysis experience, along with proficiency in energy modeling, daylight analysis, and Revit software. The position follows a four-day in-office work model with Friday flexibility and offers a suggested pay range of $84,700 to $131,300 USD.
